Canon printer ink cartridge is the best possible solution you can use for you Canon printer, or at least this is what some people think and though they are not completely wrong, there is much more into choosing printer ink than just taking off the shelf what the manufacturer recommends.
The first and most important point where a branded product may stay under when it comes up against some remanufactured tints is the price. The official word is that sometimes the Canon ink may be cheaper than the fakes. Well first of all while this may be true in some cases, it is far from being the rule of thumb. You can save money by choosing the factory recommended product if you are thinking long term, and the product you would have chosen otherwise is low quality.
Low quality remanufactured inks can damage the pistons; damage occured due to low quality ink doesn’t happen all that often though, these manufacturers need to stay in business just as much as the original maker and producing defunct items is not the way of doing that. They make inks that they think will not damage your printer, but since they lack more than twenty years of experience designing and producing the printers themselves they cannot always be sure this is the case. Basically they do everything they can to make the best ink possible, but nobody takes responsibility if it doesn’t work out as it should.
This is the point where Canon printer ink cartridges are on their own field, and virtually unbeatable; using these inks the warranty stays intact and in case something goes wrong, Canon steps up and fixes your unit, without questions. On the other hand if they happen to be able to prove that you used remanufactured ink and the printer failed due to this, the warranty is void and the fix may cost you quite a lot.
The ink Canon produces is not the cheapest solution on the market, but it may very well be a good investment on the long run, as this is the only way you can ensure your printer gets what the manufacturer intended. The printing quality will always be consistent, the first page will be just as perfect as the last one, and you can rely on this quality thorough the whole cartridge, which cannot always be said about remanufactured products. You may have luck with them, you may even be able to print for years using these tints, but nobody gives their name in case things go south.
